Experience authentic Danish cuisine in a beautifully restored 1890s train carriage at Waltham Windmill. Former fisherman Jens Christian Fredrichsen brings traditional Danish flavours to Grimsby, celebrating our town’s historic connection with Denmark.
Specialising in traditional fishcakes, frikadella, and meatballs, we’re proud to offer a taste of Denmark right here in Grimsby. Our carefully crafted menu celebrates the enduring connection between Danish culture and our local fishing heritage.
All our dishes are made daily with fresh local produce, our fish is sourced from Denmark. We are open Wednesday to Sunday 10am till 4pm (Closed Monday and Tuesday). We also are taking orders for a Danish brunch with a mix of several fish and meet dishes or a variety of open sandwiches for business meetings, families and friends. Please book a reservation below.
